About XIHE

XIHE Technology

XIHE helps product companies integrate graphene-based heating technology into real products — from material and film engineering to prototype validation and production.

Who we are

Between a material and a product decision.

XIHE is a graphene technology and heating-film integration partner for B2B product companies.

Our focus is the path from a graphene-based conductive material to a heating component that fits a product. Product geometry, power input, assembly and validation belong in the same conversation. The starting point is what your team is developing and which part of the heating system you need to source or engineer.

  • A measurement belongs to the sample and the conditions that produced it.
  • A component observation is not a finished-product conclusion.
  • A relationship, a patent or a standards role is stated only when its record has been reviewed.

Technology background

What the platform is built on.

Graphene-based electrothermal technology engineered for product integration: printed conductive layers that convert electrical energy into controlled, distributed surface heat inside compact and flexible product architectures.

Scientific foundation

The technology platform was developed with scientific and engineering expertise from the Jiageng Innovation Laboratory ecosystem and Xiamen University.

Standard-based validation

Performance is evaluated through documented test methods and an industry-standard participation role, rather than through unmeasured marketing claims.

Industrial integration

The capability chain spans material formulation, conductive ink, precision printing, coating, curing and roll-to-roll manufacturing.

Jiageng Innovation Laboratory / IKKEM

A research ecosystem behind the platform.

An institutional relationship, stated inside its evidence boundary.

XIHE was founded by the Jiageng Innovation Laboratory (IKKEM) graphene conductive-ink project team and developed within the IKKEM ecosystem.

The relationship is best understood as institutional depth and platform-building capacity: materials formulation, spectral characterisation and product architecture developed inside a research and industrialisation framework.

The relationship statement does not establish product performance, control rights or an endorsement of specific products.

Technology development

How the technology is developed.

The platform is the chain itself — material to production — not a list of separate technologies.

Project ownership

Protect the product you are building.

Define development responsibilities and disclosure before exchanging sensitive design information.

For custom development, agree ownership of drawings, tooling and project-specific work in the project terms. Share your confidentiality requirements when requesting a technical review.

Standards & industry participation

Standards & industry participation.

A documented, officially published standards role.

XIHE Technology is one of eight drafting organisations of industry standard YB/T 6493-2026 (Graphene Flexible Electrothermal Film), published 2026-04-16 and effective 2026-11-01.

Participation in standards development supports supplier evaluation. Compliance must be assessed for the selected configuration, with XIHE and the finished-product team agreeing the test scope and acceptance responsibilities.

Engineering acceptance

Define quality in measurable terms.

Connect the component specification to electrical, thermal and reliability checks.

Resistance and input power, temperature distribution, repeated bending and environmental exposure answer different acceptance questions. Our engineering section explains the methods and documented film results, so your team can define a relevant evaluation plan.

Manufacturing capability

Manufacturing capability.

Carry the agreed component configuration from sample evaluation into repeatable builds.

Material formulation, printing, curing and assembly connect the conductive layer to a finished heating component. A production handoff defines the drawing revision, electrical limits, inspection method and release criteria together with your product team.

Explore the Manufacturing capability chain →

OEM cooperation

Start from an existing product or a new requirement.

Choose component supply, product adaptation or joint development.

Existing eye-mask and Capsule products provide concrete integration references. Discuss your heating footprint, product structure, target market and expected volume to establish the sample and customization scope.

Explore product integration cases →

Work with XIHE

Choose the scope that fits your product team.

Start with a component requirement, an integration challenge or a new development brief.

Component supply

For teams building their own product, begin with the heating-film format, dimensions, electrical interface and integration documentation. The supply scope is agreed around the selected configuration.

Product integration

Bring the product geometry, surrounding materials and control requirements into the discussion. Define which work belongs to the heater supplier and which remains with the finished-product team.

Joint development

For a new architecture, agree sample objectives, evaluation responsibilities and the route to the next build. Commercial terms, intellectual property and disclosure are defined in the project agreement.
