A daughter's mission to replace manual suffering with physical precision. How personal family health challenges inspired the XIHE team to pioneer the 5-15μm far-infrared (9.4μm peak) biophotonic flux for cellular resonance.
My father lived with chronic metabolic illness. Every day, my mother became his manual regulator - tracking vitals, adjusting routines, pouring her energy into stabilizing a system that was never designed to be managed by hand.
When his energy crashed, the irritability and exhaustion weren't character flaws. They were mitochondrial blackouts - his cells simply running out of fuel.
It took years to understand what I was really watching: a body crying out for a physical solution, not another pair of human hands.
XIHE was born from this realization. We partnered with Academician Zheng Nanfeng's team at the Jiageng Innovation Laboratory to build an uncompromised physical solution: 5-15μm far-infrared (9.4μm peak) resonance that triggers cellular repair autonomously - no manual intervention, no guesswork. We replaced human exhaustion with the reliability of physics.
XIHE Technology was founded by Joyce Ho, driven by personal family health challenges that conventional approaches could not address. Her search for a biophysical intervention led to graphene far-infrared technology.
XIHE is a joint-equity company of Jiageng Innovation Laboratory (IKKEM), one of China's premier materials science research institutions. Through IKKEM, XIHE has direct access to advanced graphene materials research, including contributions from Nobel Laureate Konstantin Novoselov, who serves as an honorary professor at Xiamen University (IKKEM's affiliated institution).
Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Xiamen, XIHE is the industrialization carrier for graphene far-infrared medical technology developed under Academician Zheng Nanfeng of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The 5-15μm (9.4μm peak) precision-calibrated peak wavelength aligns with the strong absorption band of water molecules in human tissue, enabling efficient resonant absorption compared to broad-spectrum infrared sources.
XIHE's credentials are recognized by national testing authorities and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
Recognized by the National Infrared and Industrial Electrothermal Products Quality Inspection and Testing Center.
Approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

"XIHE" (晞和) combines two Chinese characters: "XI" (晞) meaning the first light of dawn - energy that breaks through darkness, and "HE" (和) meaning harmony and balance. Together they represent XIHE's core belief: that light, in the right frequency, restores harmony to cellular life.
This belief drives every decision - from the precision calibration of our graphene emissions to the standards we helped draft for an entire industry. We don't just build devices. We build the conditions for the body to rediscover its natural rhythm.
